Stan “The Man” Hailes is an experienced Realtor at eXp Realty and a member of the National Association of Realtors, The Southern Maryland Association of Realtors and the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors. Stan’s multi-faceted real estate career has spanned over two decades. Stan’s professional experience includes residential, commercial, investment real estate and property management. During his career he has managed more than one thousand three hundred rental units. After having provided a wide range of real estate services for his clientele, Stan’s passion is still “creating new beginnings, one family at a time.”
