Its layout has historical quirks that the owner has embraced and highlighted. Some of those quirks can be found in the custom kitchen, single bedroom and custom bathroom all of which are exquisite. The property is located off the beaten path but is centrally located in the state of Delaware with multiple routes to Wilmington, Newark and points south. The owner pays for; Residential trash and recycling services, Grass cutting services, and County sewer service. All other utilities are electric. Off-street parking is available. For more information call Christopher 302-364-0205Good afternoon my friend. I heard back from Barbara and Frank reuter.Between a pet that they may have to bring up and storage for their car they are going to pass on my apartment.I forgot about this oh, it is a testimonial from a previous tenants I was wondering if you would add this to the list when you have a little time.Testimonial......I lived at 111 Congress St for 2 years. The 2 years living at this cozy townhome was enjoyable and very comfortable. It was perfect for me and my two ~boys and they had plenty of room to play in the spacious backyard. I loved having an up to date kitchen and modern bathroom. Most of all the landlord, Chris Shea, was always very helpful and responsive to all of my concerns. He took immediate action insuring necessary repairs or correcting problems efficiently and quickly. He truly cared about the comfort and safety of his tenants which I appreciated so much! I highly recommend living here if you want an adorable, cozy living space with a lot of character. Having a kind, responsive landlord was an added bonus.~~~~ Barbi D. tenant 2015-2017
