Tony what can I say you are the consiment professional. This being a Commercial transaction it needed lot of hand holding with the Buyer's, realtor, architect, tenant, Bank, Title Company and construction folks. You made juggling all these pieces look easy, and I know it wasn't. Thank you for being very responsive especially at the end. Way to whip it home.
