Since moving to DC in 2004, Nicholas has enjoyed the varied personalities of DC neighborhoods and has been a long time resident of Capitol Hill. While a new agent with Keller Williams, Nicholas is very familiar with the DC real estate market. He purchased a fixer-upper condo with his wife and boston terrier. The family lived in their condo while remodeling - the boston terrier was not impressed. Nicholas later reaped the rewards of the sweat equity using the proceeds from the condo’s sale to buy a single family home. A glutton for punishment, this home was also a fixer-upper. These experiences, including the amazing service Nicholas received from his own realtor, have shaped his view on how to best advocate for his clients.
