TURN-KEY SERVICE
We provide full, turn-key property management and property listing services and utilize a highly secure property management system to process all rent payments electronically and track all expenses. We will prepare and submit your end of year tax documents (1099's). Should maintenance or repairs be required, we will serve as the primary point of contact with the tenant and a qualified professional to make sure your property is well cared for. We are happy to work with your preferred vendors provided they are professional and responsive.

FAST RESULTS
Application(s) are received instantly and we will process applications promptly to minimize vacancy. Typical screening takes two to four business days. Once an application screening is complete, we review the results and make a professional recommendation to the owner of the property. The owner always gets to make the final decision on accepting or rejecting an application.
