The farm has a double ten, parallel milking parlor with Westfalia equip. There is a 6,000 gallon milk tank, there is a plate cooler, and this facility has an ample work room area for equipment. This area has a 1/2 bath with room to install a shower, and a private office area. All milking equipment is in place and was last used in March 2019. This farm could be purchased as 141 acres without the woded land for $ 1,199,000. This farm is in a good farming area and there is additional land that culd be rented or local grain farmers that would be happy to sell crops.
