This 237 acre farm is made up of three parcels: Parcel C-13-020, Parcel C-13-022,and Parcel C-13-23. These parcels have about 103 acres of combined tillable land, some fenced pasture and about 100 acres of wooded hunting land. There are foot baths built into the return alley, and the free stall barn, special needs barn and parlor area are all under one roof. The farm has a double ten, parallel milking parlor with Westfalia equip. There is a 6,000 gallon milk tank, there is a plate cooler, and this facility has an ample work room area for equipment. This area has a 1/2 bath with room to install a shower, and a private office area. All milking equipment is in place and was last used in March 2019. This farm is in a good farming area and there is additional land that culd be rented or local grain farmers that would be happy to sell crops. There is a 77 acre general farm two miles down the road from this farm that can be purchased with this farm as a package for $ 1,350,000.
