Home in District Heights needs rehab. Be very careful when touring house. Floors are sturdy but there is trash and junk throughout most of the house. Strong possibility of tripping over something. The electricity is not on in the house; you will need to bring your own light source. There is a great deal of dust and dirt throughout the house. There is a hole in the master bedroom ceiling.
