This home is located in a quiet neighborhood by the Spotsylvania Courthouse. It is about 20 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg and 15 minutes from Central Park and Spotsylvania Towne Centre. The house was built in 1992 but has had many upgrades: In April 2020 the roof was replaced. March 2021 all new windows and exterior doors were installed and in September 2021 a new hot water heater was installed. The dishwasher is new. Washer and dryer will stay with the house as well as all blinds. There are 7 ceiling fans that are a year old and have LED lighting and can be remote controlled.
