Monica LeBlanc Broker/Owner

Having her Realtor license since 2005, Monica obtained her Broker license in 2014. She opened Diamond State Realty Cooperative LLC in Dover after being the Broker for another company managing their offices in each of the counties in Delaware. Since then she has added Diamond State Property Management LLC to her port folio in 2017.

Monica was the 2021 Vice President of the Delaware Association of Realtors, 2021 President of the Women's Council of Realtors Sussex County Network, 2019 President of the Kent County Association of Realtors, 2021 NAWRB Women Owned Business Awardee, 2019 Kent County Realtor of the Year, 2019 Delaware Realtor of the Year, 2018 Good Neighbor Awardee, and the 2016 Womens' Council of Realtors Sussex County Entrepreneur of the Year.

Monica holds several designations and is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institution. Monica is a member of NAR, DAR, NCCBOR, KCAR, and SCAOR. She has also served on the NAR Housing Committee as well as several committees on both the state and local levels.

Monica is a Delaware native and specializes in relocations, land and commercial sales. She is the 2021-2023 Downtown Dover Rotary President. Has served on the First State Animal Shelter and SPCA board of directors, and she is a member of the Moose and American Legion.
