LYNN HALL-PERRY

I began working in real estate sales and management in 1999, after a nineteen year career in accounting and finance. Changing professions was somewhat challenging but rewarding. I felt I remained in the "service industry" and my goals are the same -- tend to the needs of others, providing excellent customer service.  

I am licensed in 3 states - West Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania.

In my community I served as the Chairperson of the Morgan County Health Department, am a past Board Member of the Berkeley Springs Morgan County Chamber of Commerce and hold the capacity of Liason with Hospice of the Panhandle. I recently became a board member for the Morgan County Homeless Coalition, and also serve on committees and boards through my church.

I enjoy the opportunities and regularly participate in events in Berkeley Springs such as the Annual Apple Butter Festival, the Relay for Life raising money for the Cancer Society, yard sales to raise money for Hospice and various other opportunities to give my time and support to local charities. It's a joy to have a servant's heart, I always rise to be a caregiver and supporter of many worthy causes.

I am currently married and love animals giving a home to 2 horses, 2 dogs and 3 cats.
